The fan inhales the air from the top of the FFU, filtered by the primary effect filter and high efficiency filter, and the filtered clean air is sent to the clean shed at a constant speed of 0.45m/s±20% on the entire air outlet surface. The formation of a flow leveling layer, so that the clean air flow is vertical one-way flow, so that the clean air can be like a piston to take away the dust particles in the room at the fastest speed, so as to ensure the cleanliness required in the work area.
